DELIVERY

We aim to send out your ordered items within five to seven working days. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock we will contact you within three days. A full refund is offered in these circumstances. We reserve the right to occasionally (for annual leave purposes) indicate on our online shop in each product section that we won’t be able to dispatch the items ordered for a short period of time. If you order during a period we have indicated that we won’t be able to dispatch within a certain period of time you can be assured we will dispatch your order as soon as we return from annual leave. This date will be indicated in each product section as mentioned above.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

If you decide you want to cancel an order or return an item for a refund, we will accept that within 14 days of dispatch from our end. Goods will need to be returned in original condition to our office at: Provenance Films Ltd, 27 Barnard Avenue, Stockton on Tees, TS19 7AB. If you need to exchange an item, please email or write to us in the first instance so we can confirm we have the item in stock you wish to receive in exchange. Please note that the DVD is in Pal and English version only and therefore won’t accept returns on the basis that it doesn’t work in an NTSC player as we have asked you to check that a PAL DVD would work in your DVD player before you purchased the DVD.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share your personal details with any other organisation or individuals. We may only use your email address to send you a newsletter regarding Addicted to Sheep and/or about a topic/item we think may be interest of interest to you. We will store only the financial information required to process transactions requested by users, in compliance with all requisite laws and guidelines.

I WANT TO CANCEL AN ITEM OR MY WHOLE ORDER

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the View Cart button. For each item you want to remove, tick the box in the Remove column. Then click the Update Cart button to recalculate the cost of your order.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

We add a postage and packing charge for each item you order, depending on the size and bulk, to your total order. PayPal calculates this automatically for every zone in the world. We will send all packages by Standard delivery. We aim to send items out within five to fourteen days. We will inform you quickly of any possible delays.
